Sixth Season Kicks Off

About 60 people came to “A Taste for the Arts” – the STC’s Sixth Season Kick-Off at Capt’s Restaurant on Tuesday evening this week.  The company thanked out-going Artistic Director Catherine Bertrand for her years of leadership of the group and welcomed new Artistic Director Wanda Strukus and our first-ever Managing Director Gary LaParl.  We also announced the general schedule for the Sixth Season:

September – Staged Reading Series production of Robert Reich’s Public Exposure

October – Chilling Tales on the Friendship

December – A Child’s Christmas in Wales and holiday celebration in the McIntire Historic District

January – No Exit by Jean-Paul Sartre, directed by Catherine Bertrand

March – A main-stage play TBA, directed by Wanda Strukus

April – Shakespeare Open Mic Night on the Bard’s Birthday

May – The Underpants by Steve Martin, directed by Dominick Pangallo

July – Moments of Play One Act Festival

August – Improv on the Bricks, Salem Heritage Days

Three Days to “Taste”

Time is running out to get your tickets for STC’s “Taste for the Arts” – our major season kick-off and celebration.
